Only after this is done, should the physician seek, in several interviews, to sketch the disease image of the sufferer as completely as possible (according to the instructions given above) in order to be able to trace out the most striking and singular (characteristic) symptoms.

Based on these symptoms, the physician starts the treatment by selecting the (antipsoric, etc.) medication that has the utmost possible similarity of signs to those of the disease, and so forth.
